Lines are on a first come first serve basis.  Online books are PRE-CHECKED.    

To keep the lines manageable, please make sure your books and rosters are in order prior to arriving, and come at the time of your performance!

Thursday Book Check will only be open to teams performing on Friday (No extra books) (MITEY MITE, JR PEE WEE, PEE WEE CHEER AND DANCE)   

Thursday AM Check:  10am - 2pm    Teams that perform Friday from 8am - 2 pm 
Thursday PM Check:   2:30pm  - 9 pm*   Teams that perform Friday from 2 pm - end 
*Last book is checked at 8:30 pm 

Friday Book Check will be open to Saturday teams.
   (TINY MITE, JR VARSITY, VARSITY, BANTAM CHEER AND DANCE) 

Friday AM Check: 12 pm - 8:00 pm  Teams that perform Saturday
*Last book is checked at 7:30 pm
 
2025 SER Official Team Book Order
All rosters MUST be Approved, and have validated documentation: 
All athletes must have Photos (no hats, no sunglasses, no other individuals in photos), Birth Certificate, Guardian signed Medical Contract, Guardian signed Player Contract, and approved Scholastics uploaded. 
Each STAFF must have a photo, and the appropriate SER certificates, YCADA/Headsup Certifications uploaded and validated in the roster software.   
Each team must have someone CPR certified (Can not be the same person on every team).   
Each cheer & dance Head Coach must have Skills Progression Sheet. 

Each Team must also have a team book. 
Team book order:     
Sleeve 1a:   SER Green Card signed by LCO
Sleeve 1b:  Absentees for this Event & Nationals   (PLEASE MAKE SURE THESE ARE COMPLETED PRIOR TO GETTING TO BOOK CHECK) 
Sleeve 2:  Current OFFICIAL ROSTER with all coaches and Athletes (NO SER STAMP) 
Sleeve 3:  Player ID Cards (small cards with wallet sized photos)  - must represent what is on the roster. 
Sleeve 4a:  Emergency action plan 
Sleeve 4b:  CPR Card
Sleeve 5:  (Cheer only)  Music License 
Athlete Section:  Birth Certificates for athletes in Alphabetical Order
Student Staff Section:  Please make sure all their paperwork is included here:  Photos, Birth Certificate, Valid signed Medical Contract, Valid Signed Player Contract, and approved Scholastics.
